Introduction
The Research and Development (R&D) Cell at MBIT plays a pivotal role in fostering innovation, creativity, and research excellence among faculty and students. The cell is dedicated to promoting a strong research culture across all disciplines and acts as a bridge between academia, industry, and government funding agencies.
Objectives
- To identify various funding agencies for research and development work.
- To explore opportunities for collaboration with industries, academic institutions, and research organizations.
- To encourage faculty and students to undertake funded projects and apply for government research schemes.
- To compile and maintain the R&D data of the institute for future growth and development.
Functions
- Guidance for research proposal preparation and submission.
- Facilitating interdisciplinary and collaborative research activities.
- Exploring grants, fellowships, and research schemes offered by government and private bodies.
- Encouraging research publications, patents, and participation in conferences.
