Cisco Systems is the world leader in Computer Networking. Companies worldwide need skilled and talented people to succeed in the technology industry.MBIT New V. V. Nagar is Local CISCO Networking Academy since 2011. The CCNA program was launched at MBIT in 2011 and since that time it has been regularly offering CCNA certification classes.

The Network Academy Program represents a paradigm shift for education, and as the program realizes this, it also recognizes the importance of providing students with practical, useful and measurable skills. The program not only assesses student skills but also quantitatively assesses the program itself on a continual basis to ensure that curriculum use and development, student achievement and program administration are meeting or exceeding expectations.

The MBIT certified more than 200 students in last 5 years. Currently CCNA (Routing and Switching Program is running.

Academy Program

It is the role of the CISCO Academies to deliver the course curriculum directly to students.

MBIT has teamed with CISCO Systems, Inc., the worldwide leader in networking for the Internet, to become a Local CISCO Networking Academy. Upon successful completion of the course and a final examination, you become certified as a CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA). CCNA is an internationally recognized qualification that provides the students with the opportunity to enter employment in the computer networking field. It is also an excellent opportunity for people already employed in networking to become qualified.

The Network Academy programme represents a paradigm shift for education. Network Academy programme does realise these, while also recognising the importance of providing students with practical, useful and measurable skills. In fact, the programme not only assesses student skills, it also quantitatively assesses itself on a continual basis to ensure that curriculum use and development, student achievement and programme administration meeting or exceeding expectations.

The curriculum is web-based, with substantial online support features for both faculty and students. The content of the first semester is Introduction to Networks. The content of the subsequent semesters is more Cisco specific. A major strength of the curriculum is the numerous hands-on labs that bring the theory to life through application.
